Trust provides housing for the elderly and less fortunate people in the area of Friskney. The Charity owns 17 almshouses, 1 rented-out property and a number of allotments. **Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document** 

To collect Annual Maintenance Contributions (AMC) and allotment rents for the upkeep of both dwellings and land.

## Section D                      Achievements and performance 

The continued upgrading of some of our older lmshouses, specifically replacing outdated bathrooms with shower rooms that are more accessible for our elderly/disabled residents. In addition there was  an ongoing programme of repairs and renovations throughout 2022. The Charity aims to provide good quality, low cost and energy efficient accommodation for those in housing need in the parish of Friskney.

To repay permanent endowment of £370,000 being recouped over a 60 year period. Trustees try to maintainfunds to ensure levels of acconodation are maintained.

I report to the charity trLFStees on my examination of the actounts of the charity for the year entled 31
December 2022 whlch are set out on pages 3 to 6.
Responsibilities and basls of report
As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the attounts in accordance
with the requirements of the Charities Art 20111.the Att").
I report In respett of my examlnatlon of the tharity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the Act and
in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 14515llbl of the Act.
Independent examlnerfs statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm th3t no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination giving me cause to belleve that In any material respect..
accounting records were not kept in respect of the charity a5 required by Section 130 of the Act,. or
the accounts do not atcord with those record5.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which
attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be
