Although In February 2025 plannin8 consent was obtained in principle, Section 106 condrtions could not be asreed and subsequently in February 2026 the Trustees agreed to enter Into a new uncondf(ional sales agreement which they antlclpate wlll complete before thè end of 2026. Structurei governance and marmgement The charity is governed by a Trust Deed dated 9th September 1977 and Is reglstered with the Charilv Commissioners (No. 2168301.
