AppendixA The Molyneux Almshouses Residenvs Satisfaction Measures Report. 202S 23rd January 2026 Summary and introductlon Th15 was the first time we have completed this report, which is in two parts based on guidance from the Regulator of Social Housing. Part A reports on a questlonnaire survey: all 14 Motyneux Almshouses residents were asked to complete this in OctoberlNovember 2025. based on their experience over the P￿ce￿ing 12 months. All of them kindly did so, thus we had a 100% return rdte. We'd like to he￿b¥ thank residents for takin8 part. Responses were largely positive. The majorty of respondents were 'very Satisfied, for almost all questions; none were 'fair￿, or'very dissatisfied, with respert to any of the 12 a￿35 covered. More than 83% of respondent5 were either'very satisfied. or'faIr￿ satisfied, in response to 11 out of 12 questions. This is encoura8in8, indicating high levels of satisfaction overall. Questions linked to communicadon and relationships between the trusteeslstsff and resldents Iquestions slx to elghtl had 51i8htly lower scores. For example, only 64% of respondents weo 'very satislied, that the trystees listen and art on their view5: while onty 43%'strongly' agreed that they were treated with ￿spect. Even these questlons were still positive li.e. no resident expressed dissatiSfa￿on on these issuesl. but the responses suggest these areas merit further exploration throu8h di5CU55iOll.
