Historicalty, this involved the management of Iwo communty h811s until 2010. when the deads werè varied under section 36 of the Chanties ACL and Schem& approval was granted to devek)p the site to prwde a new ¢ommunty facility. From 15th April 2011 the TnJslee$ entered into a leagthold arrangementwith Hertrordshire County Counol to build No 96. Consequentty, the Trustees retain a rnntrolling interest In the land and are lead partnerswith the lo¢al authority in the communty facility. Havlng developed the land consistent with the charty deeds. th• aims and purpos8s of the Trustees has ovolved to that of landlor(J$ and managers ofthe lease and its proceeds.
