Objects: To Make Grants For The Education Or For The Relief Of The Poverty Of (A) The Children And Dependants Of Persons (Including Members Of Staff Of The Bbc) Who Died Or Were Incapacitated As A Result Of Enemy Action During The War, And (B) Persons Engaged In Broadcasting Or In Any Associated Activity And Their Children And Dependants.
