Respective responsibilities of truslees and examiner Tlic charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the a¢counts. The charity's Iruslees Consider that an audit is not required for this period and that an independent examination TS needed (under section 144 uf thc Charities Act 2011 (the Charitie5 Act)). An exaiiiination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a coinparison of the accoLEllts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of &ny iinusual itcms or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from the trustees conceniiiig any sucl) matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audil, ai)d consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair, view and the report is limited lo those matters set out in the statement below.
