Subject to the above, the Trustees shall applythe income of the charityforthe benefit of the resi(Jents in the almshouses of the charityorany of them in such manner as the Trustees think fit from time to time. The Trustees continue to ensure thatthe charityl[l[lS the requirements set out in the scheme. Careful management ofthe charity" s assets. including considerable attention tothe maintenance and refurbishment of the properties and the grounds. ensures that the charity provides residents with comfortable. affor(iable homes that meettheir special need5 and enablethem to live independently. Slgnlffcant activities The principal activityofthe charty is to provide social housingforthose in need in the area of benefice, suitable forthe eldertyorwith mobility needs. STRUCYURE.
