OUT Sathforce CRM datsbase has been enhanced with new filters to more clearly track and categorise the status of each application from initial submission through lo grant complelion-and to generate more detailed stalislical insights. This helps minimise delays in processing applications and ensures Ihat people in poverty receivo support as oulckly as possible. Grants guidelinès We have revised our grant guidelines on the website to provide Clearer. mcfe accessible information about available funding and the application pyocess. These improvements help ensure applicants fully understand the opportunities, the eligibility crilgria, grant conditions and the st9ps involved before starting their online application. The Trustees also wish lo record their thanks to Richard Crowe of Creative Wire Design. who Continues to provide website updates beyond the standard hosting lee. His contribution supports the rèfinèment of our criteria and processes and is duly acknowledged as a valuable b8nefil in kind. Partnership with Emmaus Our partnership with Emmaus {emmaus.org.uklGreenwich), has continued to strengthen. Emmaus is our principal supplier for the household items Imostly brand new or nearly n8wI funded through our grants. Once the chartty board approves a grant and the recipient accepts the grant temis, Emmaus work directly with the client to agree on the specific items required and to arrange delivery. Their scheme also allows clients to view available items in the warehouse. Emmaus additionally oversee the installation of items such as washing machines and electric ovens.
