The local C A 8 , Help the Aged. a5 well local Health W15itors Mental health organisations in the area connected with Surrey & Borders Partnership, Central Surrey Health and Children's Centres and Social Care Tearns refer clients for support. Local schools in the community are 5UPPOrted with regular donations and funds are made available for pupils who require financial assistance to attend educational activities as well as the purchase of items of school unrform. Social group5 Wtthin the area are supported via grants and all listed in the minutes a5 well as local charities which provide support for those living within the area such as The Children's Trust. Sunnybank Trust. Fountain Court Cancer Care. St. George's Ho5Pttal, Air Ambulance, Challengers. Conquest Art and local foodbanks in Epsom & Redhill. The trusts have policies regarding Data Protection. Dats Privacy guidelines, Conflict of interests and Safe Guarding which are reviewed on an annual basis. The accounts are audited annually and copies sent to the Chartty Commissioners after being presented to the Trustees. Recent documents adopted have included a Data Protection Policy. Conflict of I nterest and Safeguarding Statement. The Trustees meet three times a year in March. June and October at St. Mary the Virgin Ewell Vicarage. Father Mark Stafford was appointed Vicar in February 2022 and has chaired meetings throughout the year, The only other Charitable Trust now i)pÈrating is the Brumfield Trust Iwhlch is specrfically for the benefit of the Vicar of St. Mary the Virgin) and is funded by a small endowment.
