The charity is administered by the Board of Trustees in accordance with lS constitution. Report to Adderbury Feoff• Charity I repon io the charity trustees on my exarnination of the financial statements of the Adderbury Feoffee Charity lor the year ended 31 December 2020. Responslbllitles and basls of report The trusiees are responsible for the preparation of the financial statèment5 in accordance with the requirements ol the Charities Aci 2011 (the 2011 Act). You are satisfied that the accounts of the charity are not required by charity law to be audited and have chosen instead to have an independent examination. I report in spt ol our examination of the Trustee's accounts. I have carried out my examination Ljnder Section 145 of the 2011 Act. In carrying out my exatllination I have followed the Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the 2011 Act. The financial statement5 have been prepared in accordance with Accounting and Reporting by Charities..
