Responslbllitles and basls of report The trusiees are responsible for the preparation of the financial statèment5 in accordance with the requirements ol the Charities Aci 2011 (the 2011 Act). You are satisfied that the accounts of the charity are not required by charity law to be audited and have chosen instead to have an independent examination.
