Respective Responsibilihes of Committee 2nd Examiner The Tr￿5 Management COMMI￿ is resp)nsible for the pr¢paration of the accounts. it considers that the audit requirement of Section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Act) does not apply and that an independent examination is needed. Oxtsa & District F(KAball Club and Oxtrd & Limpsficld thicket Club may each appoint one repres¢￿Ve to the Conmiillee. Four conimittee members should be elected aDnually at the AGM and two more co-OPt¢d by th¢ Committ¢c. The trustees have had ￿gard to thc Chatity conm11￿0ll guidance on ptthlic lY4KfiL Annual Review and Future Developm¢Dts Cvrounds Our n￿)n revenue streams are from the SW•rts cluTr6. events on the Forl doll￿s, Friends of the Park and the invaluable help from Tandridge District Council and th¢ Oxted Parish Council. The Conllnittee AS very grateful for the number of donations rec¢ived in the year from members of the public. We are currently creating many events so as to encourage more of the local community to become "Friends of th¢ Park" TandTidge District Council kindly contin￿1 kn cut the grassy arcas which sav¢s th¢ Committee much money. In additio￿ a contractor cuts the hedges and irtween trees. The committee have been pnFactive in creating events on the Park to help make up the shortfall left by the pandemic and loss of events able to be held dry Iwkdown* The Trnstees a￿ indebted to Titscy Rotary and Oxted Rotsry for their donalions and also thanks Oxted P￿Ish Council for a[￿￿al funding of £W towards the co& of ref￿ colleclion by a third p2rty and towards the cost of hedge and culling. The Trust¢es struggle to raise enough fun&% each year to carry out Park maintenance, repairs. and irnprovements and so have been obsessive in secking grants towards the project of building the new Hub. Land and Buildings The land now known as Master Park was originally doDatrd to the inhabitants of the Parish of Oxted for their recreational w. No consid¢ration w&8 incurred in 1923.
