Activities

We promote the participation in amateur cricket by providing suitable facilities for all members of our community.Coaching and playing opportunities are available for men, women, boys and girls of all ages and abilities.We have two cricket grounds on our main site with an additional ground nearby. All three grounds have their own pavilion with changing facilities.

Objects: The Charity?s Objects (?Objects?) Are Specifically Restricted To The Following, Without Distinction Of Age, Gender, Disability, Race, Ethnic Origin, Nationality, Colour, Parental Or Marital Status, Pregnancy, Religious Belief, Class Or Social Background, Sexual Preference Or Political Belief, To:(1) Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation By Providing Facilities For Playing Cricket (?Facilities? Means Land, Buildings, Equipment And Organising Cricketing Activities?);(2) Promote The Amateur Sport Of Cricket By Providing Coaching And Development Opportunities Within The Sport For All Within The Community;(3) Advance The Education Of Children And Young People Whether Or Not Undergoing Formal Education Including By Providing Cricket Coaching;(4) To Uphold The Objects, The Charity (Being Affiliated To The Ecb) Shall Adopt And Implement The Ecb Club Inclusion And Diversity Policy, The Ecb Safe Hands ? Cricket?s Policy For Safeguarding Children And The Ecb Equity Policy, And Any Future Versions Of The Policies, To Ensure Open Access To All Those Who Wish To Participate In All Aspects Of Cricket And That They Are Treated Fairly.
