Welcome Out promotes better mental health and wellbeing amongst LGBTQIA young people (plus other related identities) by empowering everyone around them to create truly inclusive environments at school, at home and beyond. To do this, we provide workshops, resources and research that help people support LGBTQIA young people and those around them.

Objects: The Promotion Of Equality And Diversity For The Public Benefit, In Particular For Children And Young People Who Are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Intersex And Asexual Plus Other Sexual And Gender Minority Identities (LGBTQIA+), By:(a) The Elimination Of Discrimination On The Grounds Of Sexual Orientation And/or Gender Identity In Homes, Educational Institutions, Businesses And Other Spaces And Institutions, Including Online;(b) Advancing Education And Raising Awareness In Equality And Diversity And In Particular Of The Wellbeing And Lives Of LGBTQIA+ Children And Young People, Their Families And Those Around Them;(c) Promoting And Supporting Activities To I) Foster Empathy, Understanding, Respect And Support For LGBTQIA+ Children And Young People Amongst The General Population And Ii) Reduce The Inequalities Experienced By LGBTQIA+ Children And Young People.
