The Dartmouth Trust CIO will soon be the custodian of a permanent endowment (replacing The Dartmouth Trust - Charity no.203402). Its task will be to manage its investments to produce the best possible return for the benefit of the 3 named beneficiary charities.
Objects: 4.1 To Promote Charitable Activity In The Parish Of Dartmouth, For The Benefit Of Its Residents, By Distributing The Annual Income Of The CIO To The Following Charitable Organisations:4.1.1 One Half Of The Cio's Income To The Dartmouth United Charities To Assist This Charity In Meeting Its Object;4.1.2 One Third To The Ecclesiastical Charity Towards The Repair And Maintenance Of The Church Of St. Saviour, Dartmouth; And4.1.3 One Sixth To The Public Purposes Charity To Assist This Charity In Meeting Its Purpose For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Dartmouth.
