**Objects:** 4.1 TO PROMOTE CHARITABLE ACTIVITY IN THE PARISH OF DARTMOUTH, FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS RESIDENTS, BY DISTRIBUTING THE ANNUAL INCOME OF THE CIO TO THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS:4.1.1 ONE HALF OF THE CIO'S INCOME TO THE DARTMOUTH UNITED CHARITIES TO ASSIST THIS CHARITY IN MEETING ITS OBJECT;4.1.2 ONE THIRD TO THE ECCLESIASTICAL CHARITY TOWARDS THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CHURCH OF ST. SAVIOUR, DARTMOUTH; AND4.1.3 ONE SIXTH TO THE PUBLIC PURPOSES CHARITY TO ASSIST THIS CHARITY IN MEETING ITS PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF DARTMOUTH.

**Activities:** The Dartmouth Trust CIO will soon be the custodian of a permanent endowment (replacing The Dartmouth Trust - Charity no.203402). Its task will be to manage its investments to produce the best possible return for the benefit of the 3 named beneficiary charities.
