Activities
DEBUT advances education and promotes the arts for the public benefit by redefining how classical music is shared, experienced and supported. We create welcoming concerts, workshops and learning-led events in unique venues and new spaces, using storytelling, context and digital media to widen access and deepen understanding. We help connect audiences with outstanding emerging artists.
Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are(1) To Advance The Education Of The Public In The Art And Appreciation Of Classical Music, In Particular But Not Exclusively By:- Presenting Performances, Workshops, And Educational Activities In Both Traditional And Non-Traditional Settings;- Curating Diverse And Inclusive Programming That Deepens Understanding Of Classical Music;- Using Digital Media And Technology To Increase Access And Engagement.(2) To Promote The Arts, In Particular Classical Music, For The Benefit Of The Public By Supporting And Showcasing Emerging Classical Musicians Through Performance Opportunities, Professional Development, And Public Engagement Initiatives.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With The Law Of England And Wales.
