Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit: - To Advance In Life And Relieve The Needs Of Young People Aged 11–25 In Stoke-On-Trent And Surrounding Areas By Providing Safe Spaces, Positive Activities, And Support Services That Develop Their Skills, Capacities, And Capabilities, Thereby Enabling Them To Participate In Society As Responsible, Healthy, And Confident Individuals. - To Advance Education For The Public Benefit Through Informal Learning, Workshops, Training, And Volunteering Opportunities That Increase Aspirations, Improve Employability, And Develop Life Skills. - To Promote Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit By Working With Young People Who Are Socially Excluded On The Grounds Of Youth, Socio-Economic Background, Race, Disability, Or Other Social Or Economic Disadvantage, In Order To: Prevent Them From Becoming Socially Excluded; Relieve The Needs Of Those Who Are Socially Excluded; And Assist Them To Integrate Into Society. - To Promote The Physical, Mental, Emotional, And Spiritual Health And Wellbeing Of Young People By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Access To Early Help, Mental Health Support, Physical Activity, And Health Education (Including Approaches That Recognise The Interconnection Of Physical, Mental, Emotional, And Spiritual Wellbeing), Regardless Of Faith Or Belief. - To Advance The Effectiveness And Efficiency Of Youth Services In Stoke-On-Trent For The Public Benefit By Supporting Collaboration Between Youth Organisations, Coordinating Collective Action, And Building Capacity Within The Youth Sector. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
