Objects: To Advance The Islamic Religion, Mainly In Leamington Spa (Warwickshire), For The Benefit Of The Public, Through Providing A Mosque, Organising Congregational Prayers, Educating Young And Old About Islamic Faith And Practice And Facilitating Their Implementation In Personal And Communal Lives Of Muslims, And Any Such Other Activities As The Trustees May Determine For The Sake Of Advancing Islam In Accordance With The Teachings Of Noble Qur’aan And Noble Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be On Him And On All True Prophets Including Jesus, Moses, Abraham And Adam) As Interpreted By Four Ahl-E-Sunnah Wal-Jama’ah Schools Of Jurisprudence Namely, Hanafi, Maaliki, Shaafiee And Hanbali. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Or Use Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Or Activities That Are Against Islamic Teachings Or Not Charitable According To UK Charity Laws.
