Welcome Paths Croydon (WPC), works with investors - who purchase a property in Croydon - which is then business leased to the Charity (WPC). WPC then partners with a local Croydon church to care for homeless tenants who live in the leased property. The aim is to then provide holistic care to tenants and provide a pathway to a better and sustainable way of living.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are, For The Public Benefit:-4.1. The Relief And/or Prevention Of Financial Hardship In Croydon In Such Ways As The Trustees May Determine.4.2 The Relief Of Those In Need By Reason Of Homelessness In Croydon In Particular Through The Provision Of Accommodation, Support And Self-Help Services.
