**Activities:** Welcome Paths Croydon (WPC), works with investors - who purchase a property in Croydon - which is then business leased to the Charity (WPC).  WPC then partners with a local Croydon church to care for homeless tenants who live in the leased property.  The aim is to then provide holistic care to tenants and provide a pathway to a better and sustainable way of living.
