Mersey Mind Project is a community-driven initiative committed to empowering men throughout Merseyside to take charge of their physical and mental wellbeing.
Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is:to Preserve And Protect The Good Mental Health And Wellbeing Of Men Aged 16 And Over, Particularly But Not Exclusively In Merseyside, For The Public Benefit By:a) Providing And Facilitating Access To Peer Support, Therapeutic Physical Activity (including Football), And Opportunities For Social Connection;b) Delivering Workshops, Events, And Other Activities Designed To Improve Mental Health, Reduce Isolation, And Strengthen Emotional Resilience;c) Advancing Education And Raising Awareness Of Mental Health Issues Affecting Men Through Campaigns, Talks, And Community Engagement;d) Providing Information, Signposting, And Support Services To Those Experiencing Or At Risk Of Experiencing Mental Health Difficulties;e) Supporting The Families Of Those Affected By Mental Health Challenges, Where Appropriate.
