**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE GOOD MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF MEN AGED 16 AND OVER, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN MERSEYSIDE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY:A) PROVIDING AND FACILITATING ACCESS TO PEER SUPPORT, THERAPEUTIC PHYSICAL ACTIVITY (INCLUDING FOOTBALL), AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR SOCIAL CONNECTION;B) DELIVERING WORKSHOPS, EVENTS, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO IMPROVE MENTAL HEALTH, REDUCE ISOLATION, AND STRENGTHEN EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE;C) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND RAISING AWARENESS OF MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AFFECTING MEN THROUGH CAMPAIGNS, TALKS, AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT;D) PROVIDING INFORMATION, SIGNPOSTING, AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO THOSE EXPERIENCING OR AT RISK OF EXPERIENCING MENTAL HEALTH DIFFICULTIES;E) SUPPORTING THE FAMILIES OF THOSE AFFECTED BY MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES, WHERE APPROPRIATE.

**Activities:** Mersey Mind Project is a community-driven initiative committed to empowering men throughout Merseyside to take charge of their physical and mental wellbeing.
