Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Are:1 The Provision And Maintenance Of A Village Hall For Use By The Inhabitants Of The Parish Of Bucknell And The Surrounding Neighbourhood (“The Area Of Benefit”) Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Age, Disability, Nationality, Race Or Political, Religious Or Other Opinions For Recreation Or Other Leisure-Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have The Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of The Said Inhabitants.2 To Manage An Open Space Known As The Bucknell Recreation Ground Neighbourhood Doorstep Green For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Area Of Benefit And To Be Used Forever As An Area For Informal Recreation, Play Or Other Leisure-Time Occupations, A Meeting Area Or Place For Community Events And For Any Other Lawful Purpose And For The General Benefit Of The Said Inhabitants.
