Introducing ex-offenders (Prison Leavers) into the work place

Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is The Relief And Rehabilitation Of Criminal Offenders/ Ex-Offenders (“Prison Leavers”) For The Benefit Of The Public, In Such Ways As The Charity Trustees Think Fit, Including By Providing:1. Prison Leavers With Job Placement Opportunities, With The Aim Both Of Helping Them Identify Routes Into Employment And Generally To Reintegrate (Via Their Employment) Into Wider Society, Following Their Release; And2. Support For Employers In Adopting More Inclusive Hiring Practices To Support The Recruitment And Retention Of Prison Leavers Through Consultancy, And The Sharing Of Expertise.
