**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF AND REHABILITATION OF CRIMINAL OFFENDERS/ EX-OFFENDERS (“PRISON LEAVERS”) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY PROVIDING:1. PRISON LEAVERS WITH JOB PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITIES, WITH THE AIM BOTH OF HELPING THEM IDENTIFY ROUTES INTO EMPLOYMENT AND GENERALLY TO REINTEGRATE (VIA THEIR EMPLOYMENT) INTO WIDER SOCIETY, FOLLOWING THEIR RELEASE; AND2. SUPPORT FOR EMPLOYERS IN ADOPTING MORE INCLUSIVE HIRING PRACTICES TO SUPPORT THE RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION OF PRISON LEAVERS THROUGH CONSULTANCY, AND THE SHARING OF EXPERTISE.
