The charity aims to improve life skills, employability, confidence, and access to opportunities through workshops, mentoring, information resources, and community based initiatives.
Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is For The Public Benefit Within England And Wales, Nigeria And Jamacia, To Act As A Resource For Young People Aged 16 To 21 Years Of Age By Providing Advice And Assistance And Organising Educational Programmes And Other Activities As A Means Of:(a) Advancing In Life And Helping Young People By Developing Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Independent, Mature And Responsible Individuals;(b) Advancing Education; And(c) Relieving Unemployment.
