**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT WITHIN ENGLAND AND WALES, NIGERIA AND JAMACIA, TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 16 TO 21 YEARS OF AGE BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF:(A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS;(B) ADVANCING EDUCATION; AND(C) RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT.

**Activities:** Kionii Foundation provides education, training, and personal development support to young people aged 16-21 and members of the wider community. The charity aims to improve life skills, employability, confidence, and access to opportunities through workshops, mentoring, information resources, and community based initiatives.
