313 Foundation supports people facing disadvantage in Bradford and surrounding areas through community-based programmes that improve wellbeing, build confidence, develop life skills and increase access to learning, support and positive activities. We work in partnership with local organisations to strengthen communities and reduce social isolation.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:(1) To Develop The Capacity And Skills Of The Members Of The Socially And Economically Disadvantaged Community Of Bradford In Such A Way That They Are Better Able To Identify, And Help Meet, Their Needs And To Participate More Fully In Society.(2) To Further Or Benefit The Residents Of Bradford, Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents.(3) To Further Such Other Purposes In Bradford Which May Be Charitable According To The Law Of England And Wales As The Trustees See Fit From Time To Time.
