Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is:to Advance In Life, Relieve The Needs Of And Help Young Undergraduate And Post Graduate Music Students Of Classical Opera Singing And Classical Music Throughout England And Wales Through: A) The Provision Of Grants Of Financial Assistance To Enable Them To Pursue Their Musical Education Through Study At A Professional Specialist Establishment, Or With A Professional Musician; B) The Provision Of Such Opportunities, Mentoring, Guidance And Support Considered Necessary And Appropriate To Prepare Young Musicians For Entry Into Careers As Professional Artists.c) The Making Of Grants/donations To Such Specialist Musical Institutions As The Trustees May From Time To Time Determine, Designed To Fund The Establishment Of Scholarships/prizes, Training, Performance Opportunities And Mentoring Initiatives For Talented Young Musicians.
