Workwhile's mission is to create a fairer world of work. We work with businesses - mainly SMEs - to create good work and ensure everyone can access it. The employer-facing programmes we deliver include support for SMEs to create apprenticeship opportunities, training for line managers, and a good work health check, alongside innovation / action research projects and consultancy work.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are, For The General Public Benefit: (A) The Advancement Of Education By Increasing Access To And Promoting Best Practice In Adult Education And Technical And Vocational Training; And (B) Research Into And The Publication Of Useful Results Into Access To Equitable, Fair, Inclusive And Supportive Working Practices.
