**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC BENEFIT: (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY INCREASING ACCESS TO AND PROMOTING BEST PRACTICE IN ADULT EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING; AND (B) RESEARCH INTO AND THE PUBLICATION OF USEFUL RESULTS INTO ACCESS TO EQUITABLE, FAIR, INCLUSIVE AND SUPPORTIVE WORKING PRACTICES.

**Activities:** Workwhile's mission is to create a fairer world of work. We work with businesses - mainly SMEs - to create good work and ensure everyone can access it. The employer-facing programmes we deliver include support for SMEs to create apprenticeship opportunities, training for line managers, and a good work health check, alongside innovation / action research projects and consultancy work.
