The charity was created to help the people exmoor who are struggling with cost of living and to provide help and support in the present financial climate.

Objects: The Relief Of Financial Hardship Amongst People In Southern Exmoor In Such Ways As The Trustees From Time-To-Time Think Fit, In Particular, But Not Exclusively By:1. Providing Emergency Food, Essential Toiletries, And Household Items To Individuals And Families In Need And/or For Distribution By Charities Or Other Organisations Working To Prevent Or Relieve Poverty;2. Providing Grants, Information And Advice To Individuals In Need And/or Charities Or Other Organisations Working To Prevent Or Relieve Food Poverty, And Addressing Surplus Food Waste;3. Undertaking And Supporting Research Into Factors That Contribute To Food Poverty And The Most Appropriate Ways To Mitigate These; And4. Such Other Means, Including (but Not Limited To) The Provision Of Support Or Signposting To Relevant Information And Other Advisory Services.
