We include a holistic approach, essential and practical support to men struggling with stress and life transitions. The charity offers a safe and confidential space for men to relax open up and discuss their thoughts, emotions, and personal struggles without fear of stigma.
Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:to Preserve And Protect Good Mental Health And Wellbeing Among Men Resident In Sutton Coldfield And The Surrounding Area Who Are Experiencing Issues That Are Having A Detrimental Effect On Their Mental Health By The Provision Of Counselling/ Talking Therapies, Complementary Therapies And Emotional Support.
