**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING AMONG MEN RESIDENT IN SUTTON COLDFIELD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHO ARE EXPERIENCING ISSUES THAT ARE HAVING A DETRIMENTAL EFFECT ON THEIR MENTAL HEALTH BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING/ TALKING THERAPIES, COMPLEMENTARY THERAPIES AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT.

**Activities:** More Than Therapy Foundation is a mental health charity focused on Talking Therapy and life coaching as a service to  men. We include a holistic approach, essential and practical support to men struggling with stress and life transitions. The charity offers a safe and confidential space for men to relax open up and discuss their thoughts, emotions, and personal struggles without fear of stigma.
