Successfully established the initial operational framework of the CIO following its constitution on 12/11/2024. Generated £6,848 in income specifically through charitable activities to support the local community. Managed total spending of £6,302, ensuring the charity remained within its financial means for the period ending 05/04/2025. Implemented a full suite of governance policies, including safeguarding and internal financial controls, to ensure a safe and transparent environment for beneficiaries and volunteers. We delivered a series of drop-in sessions in prominent locations designed to provide essential housing advice and free internet access to the community. Our team provided practical employment support, including CV building and benefit calculation assistance, to help improve the economic conditions of residents. To promote social inclusion and unity, we hosted educational sessions about different heritages, successfully bringing together diverse communities. The charity achieved a total income of £6,848 solely through charitable activities. Operations were managed efficiently with total spending of £6,302, ensuring all funds were applied toward the charity's objects. These achievements were supported by the vital contribution of 3 volunteers working within the United Kingdom. |
