Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit To Relieve The Needs Of Pre-School Children With Special Educational Needs In Hitchin And The Surrounding Area, In Particular But Not Exclusively By:1) The Provision Of A Safe And Specialised Play Group, Providing Opportunities For All Such Children Whatever Their Race, Culture, Religion, Means Or Ability;2) The Provision Of An Environment Where Appropriately Qualified Specialists May Give Guidance For The Benefit Of The Individual Child And Their Family; And3) Promoting And Nurturing Ongoing Family Support And Well-Being.
