**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS IN HITCHIN AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:1) THE PROVISION OF A SAFE AND SPECIALISED PLAY GROUP, PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL SUCH CHILDREN WHATEVER THEIR RACE, CULTURE, RELIGION, MEANS OR ABILITY;2) THE PROVISION OF AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE APPROPRIATELY QUALIFIED SPECIALISTS MAY GIVE GUIDANCE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INDIVIDUAL CHILD AND THEIR FAMILY; AND3) PROMOTING AND NURTURING ONGOING FAMILY SUPPORT AND WELL-BEING.
