Activities
Vocal Voyage supports young people aged 11-24 in Wales with speech and language difficulties. Focused on one-to-one work, we foster social connection through peer groups, reducing isolation. We collaborate with support services such as therapists, youth services, and schools. Confidence-building options include drama workshops, role-playing, and public speaking, empowering participants to thrive.
Objects: For The Public Benefit, The Promotion Of Social Inclusion Among Children And Young People Between 11-24 Who Are Socially Excluded As A Result Of Having A Speech Or Language Disability / Impairment, And To Relieve The Needs Of These People, In Particular, But Not Exclusively By:• Providing Education And Information To Support And Enable Parents And Families To Maximise Educational Opportunities For Such People;• Providing Workshops, Forums, Advocacy And General Support; And• Raising Public Awareness Of The Issues Affecting Such People, Both Generally And In Relation To Their Social Exclusion.
