We have created 3 awareness campaigns through fundraising events incorporating physical activities aimed at enhancing mental well-being and community. These have supported us to raise funds which has enabled us to create a website, and informative pages across different media. We were also able to allow one of our trustees to become a Mental Health First Aider, and support conversations around mental health in a pragmatic and productive way during our events. This has improved understanding and maintenance of mental health among men in Surrey and surrounding areas, and online information has been access internationally |
