  1. Choir membership fees refers to the annual membership of the National Association of Choirs and to Music Link for the year to 31[st] December 2025.

  2. General purchases represents the purchase of song sheets for the choir.

  3. The choir insurance includes cover for compensation payments, legal costs, loss of business money, wrongful acts, accidental injury, property damage and other costs in connection with specified legal disputes. The insurance is for the year to 31[st] December 2025.

  4. Sundries of £190 represent payments of £20 to the trumpeter for the Remembrance concert held on the 8[th] of November 2024 at The Ark, North Hykeham, £35 to the Soprano singer for the concert held at St.Germain's

Church, Scothern on the 15[th] of February 2025, £40 for a 21[st] birthday gift to the Musical director and £35 to the Soprano singer for the concert held at All Saints Church, Nocton on the 21[st] of March.
