To promote humane behaviour towards animals, in particular by providing appropriate care & protection for dogs and cats which are in need due to sickness, maltreatment, poor circumstances or ill usage, re-homing such animals where practical and appropriate and educating the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and responsible pet ownership in Leicestershire.
