Objects: The Purpose Of The Heytesbury Recreation Ground Trust (Hrg Trust) Is To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Heytesbury And Surrounding Area The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Activities Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances, Or For The General Public In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Quality Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants. In Furtherance Of This Object, The Charity Shall Have The Power To Raise Sufficient Funds To Effect Outright Purchase And Take Ownership Of The Parkland.
