IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT, THE CHARITY SHALL HAVE THE POWER TO RAISE SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO EFFECT OUTRIGHT PURCHASE AND TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE PARKLAND.
