To maintain and manage a community hub for the use and benefits of the inhabitants of the area especially those in need of community support.
Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:1. To Maintain And Manage A Community Hub For The Use And Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Great Linford And The Surrounding Area, Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents. 2. For The Public Benefit The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty Or Financial Hardship In Great Linford And The Surrounding Area, In Particular But Not Exclusively By Providing Community Meals, Essential Items, And By Operating A Community Fridge To Provide Emergency Food Supplies And Related Services To Individuals Who Have Been Identified As Having A Financial Need. In Furtherance Of These Objects But Not Otherwise, The Trustees Shall Have Power: To Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Community Hub And To Maintain Or Manage Or Cooperate With Any Statutory Authority In The Maintenance And Management Of Such A Hub For Activities Promoted By The Charity In Furtherance Of The Above Objects.
