Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Areto Relieve Those In Need By Reason Of Physical Or Mental Disability And Ill Health In Wales Through The Provision Of A Community Hub Which Incorporates Day Services, Respite Care, Counselling, Training And Support Services To The Beneficiaries And Carers To Help The Beneficiaries To Live A Full Independent Life.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trusteeinvestment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
