**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARETO RELIEVE THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY AND ILL HEALTH IN WALES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A COMMUNITY HUB WHICH INCORPORATES DAY SERVICES, RESPITE CARE, COUNSELLING, TRAINING AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO THE BENEFICIARIES AND CARERS TO HELP THE BENEFICIARIES TO LIVE A FULL INDEPENDENT LIFE.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEEINVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].
