Haringey Circle provides a range of social and other activities with the aim of addressing isolation and other concerns experienced by older people and disabled adults.
Objects: The Charity?s Object Is To Promote Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit By Working With People Over The Age Of 50/or Disabled People In The Area Of Benefit Who Are Socially Excluded By Combatting Loneliness And Social Isolation Arising As A Result Of Their Age, Infirmity, Ill-Health, Disability Or Social Circumstance, In Particular But Not Exclusively By The Provision Of:3.1 Social And Recreational Facilities And Events;3.2 Advice, Support And Information Which Is Capable Of Reducing Their Social Isolation.for The Purpose Of This Clause ?Socially Excluded? Means Being Excluded From Society, Or Parts Of Society, As A Result Of One Or More Of The Following Factors: Unemployment, Financial Hardship, Youth Or Old Age; And Ill Health (Physical Or Mental).
