In September 2024 as part of North Wesl Loicestershire's Helkj Herhage month we held an exhibition on 'Col8orton Peopl&'. We also joined wlth Newtdd Heritage Group lo celebrate 100 years Since the opening of New Lounl Colli8ry. In October 2024 we hosted 8 talk on mlning in Coleorton. In Dec&mber 2024 we supported Coleorton Parish Counal Wtth a Community Christrnas Event. Members of the Group undertook training in Oral History provided by Leicester Universlty, which was paid for by a grant and recording equipment to continue with this project W88 purchased. Throughout the year we have condnued lo coffee momings to share and dlscJJss heritage and engage wlth our local cc*nmunit . We have conlinued to develo new

publications on a range of sufyeGts such as Coleorton at War and have updated the Coleorton Herltsge Trail leaflet.
