Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit In And Around North Yorkshire:(1)to Advance The Islamic Faith For The Public Benefit Through Holding A Series Of Events That Include (But Are Not Limited To): Open Days, Classes, Prayer Meetings, Lectures, Public Celebration Of Religious Festivals, Producing And/or Distribution Of Literature;(2)the Advancement Of Education Concerning The Teachings And Practices Of Islam Covering All Key Stage Groups And The Arabic Language (3)To Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation By Providing Facilities And Coaching For Football, Netball, Rounders, Basketball, Swimming, Hockey, Tennis And Badminton.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
